Three things we don't compromise on
A person on every alarm
No automated dispatch. Every signal is assessed by a licensed operator before a patrol is sent, which is why our false-callout rate sits well below the industry average.
Plain reporting
Incident reports are written in plain English, delivered the same night, and kept for seven years. You should never need to ring us to find out what happened.
Local crews
Patrol officers work the same runs in the same suburbs. They know which gate sticks, which sensor trips in heavy rain, and who is meant to be on site after hours.

Founded in Sydney with a single patrol vehicle and six commercial clients.
2013
Opened the Melbourne control room and began 24/7 back-to-base monitoring.
2018
Expanded patrol coverage into Queensland, WA and South Australia.
2022
Consolidated monitoring into a redundant dual-site national operations centre.

Monitoring more than 1,200 sites across every state and territory.
