Back-to-base monitoring

Our operators watch every signal in real time, around the clock.

Your alarm panel reports directly to our national operations centre over dual-path communication, so a cut phone line or dropped internet connection doesn't leave you unwatched. When a zone trips, the event lands in front of a licensed operator within seconds. They assess it against your site plan and your after-hours list before anyone is dispatched.

Alarm response

A verified alarm sends the nearest patrol unit, not a phone call.

When an event is confirmed, the closest available officer is routed to your site with the details already on their screen. They walk the perimeter, check entry points, secure what needs securing and file a report with photos before they leave. If police or ambulance are needed, we make that call and stay on site until they arrive.

Mobile patrols

Randomised, GPS-logged patrols that prove someone was there.

Scheduled patrols are useful right up until someone works out the schedule. Ours are randomised within an agreed window, and every check-in is GPS and time stamped at the point it happens. You get a morning report showing exactly where the officer went and what they found — including the gate someone left open.

CCTV & surveillance

Cameras worth reviewing, footage you can actually find.

We design and install camera systems sized to what you actually need to see — number plates at a gate need different optics to a warehouse floor. Footage is retained in the cloud for 30 days by default, searchable by time and camera, and viewable from your phone. Where you want it, our operators can verify alarms visually before dispatching.

Access control

Who came in, which door, and exactly when.

Keyless entry, fobs, badges and visitor management, integrated with your alarm system so arming and disarming follow who's actually on site. Lost fobs are revoked in seconds rather than rekeying a building. Access logs sit alongside alarm and patrol logs, so one timeline explains the whole night.

Our licensed technicians design intrusion and duress systems around how your site is actually used, install them properly, and certify the result. We'll also take over and monitor most existing panels — you rarely need to rip out working hardware to change monitoring providers.
